This plugin allows the computation of shipping cost based on a fixed monetary amount, per item. If your rate is set to $10 and you have 5 items in the shopping cart, the total shipping would be 5 * 10 = $50. This is useful when you know the cost of your items to ship is fixed on a per item basis.
