My client is having an issue with attribute combinations stock not updating, for instance:
Manage inventory method: Track inventory by product attributes
Combinations:
Size S : 0 in stock : Allow out of stock : false
Size M : 1 in stock : Allow out of stock : false
Size L : 1 in stock : Allow out of stock : false
If a customer trys to order 'S' they get informed that the product is out of stock - this is fine.
If a customer orders and pays for the 'M' or the 'L', the stock quantity is not reduced to 0, and can therefore be ordered again - when it shouldn't be as they're is no stock left.
By the looks of it, the stock isn't being updated.
Any ideas as this is really causing my client a problem?
My guess is that that inventory is reduced when the payment status changed to Paid
