What version of nopCommerce ?
What payment plugin are you using ?

You can check logs on /Admin/Log/List page. Please share error detail with payment plugin name which you are using.

Check the configuration is correct
As it is an old verion it may require an update ?
I cannot see that plugin in the marketplace
Contact the payment merchant or Contact the developer if that is possible
