Upgrading production from 4.50.4 to 4.70.0

Hi all

I am planning to upgrade from 4.50 to 4.70 and just want to make sure that this guide covers everything:

Do I need additional steps when skipping the 4.60 in my upgrade?

Anyone has tried this yet?
