After it's added, a lot of people will use it instead of the forums. Who will provide support in this chat?

Also where we find useful information about the platform? if everyone will use a chat. No reason to have a chat.

Live chat will scroll off the screen, the forum provides a more permenent record. I think people will use both, but it is just my opinion. I don't think anyone needs to support it. Once it is set up, just a single room, in fact I was even thinking about a sales room chat where salesmen are there to asist customer purchases.
