unable to change the conetents

guys i just installed nopcommerce from microsoft site. i am trying to change the home page welcome message but i cant its not doing anything i m changing this from nop admin page.

please help i dont know as well where to add the logo where i will find the setting for this

i tried but no luck with this... think i get stuck here have to look for some other template...
