Is arvixe really that horrible?!!!

I use arvixe shared hosting before, not bad but since my traffic is now 10000 visitor per day

I have since move away from them and have to use windows cloud server.

We are old customer of arvixe. We cancel the service back in 2015 September. Still they are charging credit card. I have ticket no also for cancellation. We try to call them, nobody ans the call. We try to contact through email, NO REPLY. We is horrible experience in my life. Please, It my advise to don't use arvixe if you want simile on your face. They are fucking horrible. They treat they customer very badly. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use arvixe.

Yes they are totally worthless.

They moved my servers from sage.arvixe.com to mango.arvixe.com domain, they sent notice then, after few months they moved it to another server they didnt even inform me about new server. I came to know only after fighting for a month over this. They told it in the end

I have accounts with them but I dont know where to look for hosting, DNS etc. Total nonsense

Yes! They are terrible. My site has been down for 3 months. They performed an unannounced server upgrade and my site went down. I can't get them to even respond. I opened a ticket and they closed it. Then, my SSL expired, they were quick to send me an invoice, I was quick to pay it, but it hasn't gotten installed, so I am in non-SSL mode ever since.

I am in the process of switching providers. Avoid them like the plague.

Hi LesMc - which provider have you gone with out of interest?

So far I have smarterasp.net and asphostportal people have recommended.
