OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification

I have been filling out the OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification form in hope that my customers get the notification.

I have another emnail as bcc, trustpilot.com, and i could not understand why there all of a sudden didn´t come any recomandation from my customers.

When the OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification is filled in the BCC field is shown., would be a good idea to show in text over the BCC field that this will or will not be send to the customer. Not a editable field just in plain text, so it is posible to see if it will be send or not. You will then be aware of if any value is missing in the settings.

Im looking for a way to verify that a specific notification has been sent or not. Could be through the "Edit order details " A simple "This will be sent to the customer" and in case it won´t " this will not be sent" A button to send a notification in case it would nessecary would also be great.

I have tried to make muddy orders, and i don´t recieve the order has been sent notification, i can´t find a way to "activate it"

On the "ShipmentSent.CustomerNotification" page it is set to active, but i don´t recieve any email notification. I do however get the order recieved notification.

Go to the order details page (admin area) > "order notes" tab. It should contain a list of all event including queued email (and their identifiers). Do you see something like "Order completed email (to customer) has been queued. Queued email identifier: 10" on order note list? BTW, see example here

As Andrei says, look in the Order Notes Tab, you can also look in the Admin/System/Message Queue.

The Queue defaults to 'Not Sent Yet' messages, and if you uncheck that box, then click 'Search', all of the sent messages will appear.

If i go to the order notes page this i s what i see, this is a random order.

Is there not any place where i can see wich notes is being sent and wich will not. I believe it was possible in the older versions to turn the option on and of. Will that be possible again in 2.60 :-)

I have deleted all my files on my server and reinstalled it, to be sure noting is wrong. Still there is some features that does not make sence.

I have downloaded with sourcre files. Build the solution. Prepared and deployed it. After that i have uploaded the content of the nop_2.50 folder. Copied the original settings and installed plugin files. uploaded the images that is requred for my site. and updated the theme files.

And still after that i get the error that an item put into the cart will not show the cart upon hitting checkout button. It will still only go to the adress tap in the cart.

Is that a bug of some sort.

So you're looking for a way to verify that a specific notification ("Order completed") has been sent or not. As per you screenshot queued email identifier is 762. Now go to admin area > system > message queue, enter 762 into "Go directly to email #" field and click "Go" button. Now "Sent on" field on its details page. If it's already sent, then you'll see a certain date. If it isn't sent, then you'll see "Not sent yet" text.

what can the reason be that this specfic email is not sent, since the ordervalidation emails aresent. :-)

It would be great with a button in the shippinginfo, to send or resend shipping info.

Can i do anything to force these to be sent. :-)

I don't know. If it was sent, then it could some STMP server issue. If it wasn't sent, then see your system log in order to know to find a full error text.

Just go to your queued email details page and click requeue button

I know this is an older thread, but I am having an issue with the OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification not being sent.  In the message template, OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification is active and set to send immediately. In my message queue, there are no messages that did not send. In my order detail/ Order Notes I see the order placed email is sent, but when I change the order status to "Complete" no email is sent.

8/16/2017 11:53:25 AM  Order status has been changed to Processing  
8/16/2017 11:53:25 AM  "Order placed" email (to customer) has been queued. Queued email identifier: 34432.
