We are based in La Mirada, CA (edge of Los Angeles and Orange County). We need a local business or developer that can assist us in developing a way for us to integrate Authorize.Net's CIM with our payment process.
We need it to auto-populate credit information and we want the most seamless integration without having to redirect our user away from our cart. I know that there is a plugin ready for Authorize.net and uses part of their API from what I researched.
We would need this developer to come in and develop in-house for us and train our Web Developer how it is being developed for possible future re-development due to nopCommerce's nature of upgrading.
