I want to create a car dealer site where people can post their car ads based on the package they purchased from our website; such as in "individual" package user can post one ad and on "car dealer" package car dealers can post 10 cars and this will be for the specific time of that package such as two weeks and after that time the ads should be deleted or disabled automatically.
The users can search all cars based on popular criteria such as type, millage, price, manufacturer, model etc.
In reality I am looking for a website similar to as following site (but only the car selling and searching, not "car insurance" and "Buying and Selling Tolls"):
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/
Is it possible to fulfil these requirements on nopCommerce easily without complicated programming?
The above requirements sounds very complicated to me, so I decided to find a theme; I came up a the following 3 themes; I don't know on which platform the first one is build, but the 2nd and 3rd are created on WordPress.
The problem is none of the following themes fulfils my requirements; the first one has a good description on the site but no demo site. The other two has their own limitations.

My guess is that it won't get you more than a couple of months of customization work. I don't think that search will be a big issue, because I will search car (product) attributes and bring the right cars from the database.
The main problem as I discussed is that I need to create different packages for example post two cars for two weeks for only £10 etc. Once the user's payment is taken successfully for the package and now they can post ads. Now controlling that how many ads are posted by this user and for how long etc. Upgrading from two cars package to ten cars package these kinds of issues are a bit complicated.

I believe that, yes, you will need customization, but, I don't believe it is that difficult. There is an affiliate section with nopCommerce. So, treating everyone who places an ad as an affiliate, you could probably make use of a lot of the existing code to allow affiliates to create products (car ads). You can also use the products table to create a product on the fly which will be the seller's ad package purchased. You can make use of date fields and inventory levels to limit when the ads are visible and how many ads are placed.

I'm also going to make a car dealer website and am looking for a good theme, if to choose from your 3 themes I think the second one is the best. Here are some car dealer website templates, I'll probably choose one if them.
