Administration section not rendering properly

I just installed 2.60 version. Front end is running fine but the administration section is not rendering well. All the menu is coming like a list, it seems style sheet is not being rendered. When i run it on local computer it runs fine but when it loaded on web server it not rendering properly. Please HELP.

Try using Firebug or look at source of rendered admin page and make sure the style sheets are actually loading.
