Is it possbile to apply a surcharge to customer who use one payment method over another

A client has queried if there is functionality available to allow them charge customer who use credit cards x% more than customers who put though a Purchase order?

You can setup a fixed payment fee for each payment method. So its possible to take additional X$ in fee for customers paying with PayPal.
