Adding Gateway

Can you talk me through what I would need to change in order to add a payment gateway....ie PayTrace?

Wow, 4 yrs and not 1 reply? I was just looking into PayTrace and Quantum(CDG) as well due to the Quickbooks export. I'm wondering if anyone has successfully implemented either of them?
