[fixed] ups configure view don't show default country

Hi, I am currenlty using nopCommerce version 3.0. When I try to configure ups shipping plugin I never got the correct country selected in dropdownlist.

Saving configuration is ok, I check value in db with allsettings (filter name.Contains('ups'))


Same issue in demo store.

Are you referring to the "Shipped from country:" field on the UPS configuration page?

What do you mean by "never got the correct country selected "?
