How to install plugin in nopCommerce

Hi,

I'm using source version and it is still doesn't work, I tried to add space to Global.asax file and reload list of plugins in the admin and i can't find my plugin.. do you have more ideas?

When sould i add my plugin to nopcommerceSite/plugin and when shpuld i add it to nopcommerceSite\Presentation\Nop.Web\Plugins?
