Error while running the 'Keep alive' schedule task. Unable to connect to the remote server

Hi,
We change our production server and we have getting this error below.
We already checked the Store configuration (it is http://www...) .
The message error:

System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:13989 at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoConnect(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress) at System.Net.ServicePoint.ConnectSocketInternal(Boolean connectFailure, Socket s4, Socket s6, Socket& socket, IPAddress& address, ConnectSocketState state, IAsyncResult asyncResult, Exception& exception) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadDataInternal(Uri address, WebRequest& request) at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadString(Uri address) at Nop.Services.Common.KeepAliveTask.Execute() at Nop.Services.Tasks.Task.Execute(Boolean throwException)

Is this server hosted, or on site?

No services listening on the specified port

Anti-virus

Hi,
this site is running in our dedicated server, hosted by Codero ISP Services.
We already tested our application with firewall turned off. In another test we did, we download a 3.2 NopCommerce copy and installed from scratch, but the problem remains the same.

Double check your store url. it should fix this issue.  other wise , you need to re install nop commerce on your server
