Hello,

i am a new User in nopCommerce.
I have Setup a Webshop successfully and add some Articles manually by the Webinterface.
I have Export the products.xlsx with my manually added articles and have customized the file Excel file on my local PC.
My Problem is, that i can only 3 Pictures add to the file.
If i add more than 3, the System ignore my imput.

What can i do, to add more than 3 Pictures via Excel?

Sorry for my bad English :)

We use nopCommerce Version 3.40

Thanks.

You can run it multiple times (with up to 3 at a time).  Otherwise, you'd need to modify the code.
Be sure to use SKU.  The SKU is what the import uses to match existing product (otherwise a new product is created).

Also, note that the path of the file in the PictureN fields must be with respect to the host (not your local drive).  You will need to ftp the images to a temp folder on the host before running import.  Do an Export first to see the path provided, then create some temp folder above that path and ftp your files there.  Then, adjust all the PictureN fields in your sheet for import.

When I import products from excel, I want to import pictures.
Before that I uploaded pictures to ftp hosting and wrote down the ways in excel file..
But I have problem, that not all pictures, which I wrote in excel file, exist in hosting. Because of that, not full uploading of pictures for products happens (pictures are not uploaded for the further products, after the issue happened, when they didn’t find the picture for product).
How can I solve this issue?

Thanks for the explanation—it’s true that there’s no quick and dirty trick to inserting an image directly into a cell in Excel. I’ve written an article explaining the simplest approach I’ve found in Excel, as well as another solution using the tool HP ATP HPE0-S37 building hpe server solutions:
