Password reset not working

Hi

I am trying to reset my password, but every time I click forgotten password link, I never receive the email to allow reset. I desperately need to log in to one of my other accounts as I have purchased some themes which I am upgrading to v3.40 and need the updated Themes files.

You're absolutely right. It's caused by some firewall configuration issues on our server. I'll be resolved soon.

Great stuff.. Please let us know once resolved. I'm in middle of upgrading to nop v3.40 and need latest version of the furniture theme. Which I believe needs to be downloaded from the account I originally purchased it from.
