Customer Orders Not Showing

Hello,

Something odd has just happened. We have a customer who placed an order. They received a notification and the order is logged (for example if I go to the orders page in admin, it shows there), but when the customer goes to their account and views orders, it is not listed. I confirmed this also if I look the customer up in admin and look at their list of orders, it is not listed there.

Any ideas why this happened?

Thanks All!

Hi Kevin,

I presume the customer used some other account (customer record) on your site to place the order. Maybe, he has two acconts. Try the following. Go to the order details page (admin area). Click on the customer email (link). Now you're on the customer details page, open "Orders" tab. Do you see the order?

Aha! That's exactly what happened. He checked out as a guest =).

Thank you very much for the quick reply. Have a great day!

Hi Andrei,

My case is the customer checked out with registered his account, but the Orders list page (../Admin/Order/List) does not show anything, it's blank!
Can you please tell what is this issue? and how can we get it fixed?

Thanks,
Howard

"blank" as is 'page is completely empty', or do you have an orders grid with a header an no lines?

Is this the first order ever placed?  (or, have you seen lines before?)
What version of nopCommerce?

Hi MVP,

"Blank" I mean is the page completely empty, there's just the URL bar on the top and the rest is blank white space with nothing else.
Yes, the website has orders, some orders with buyers' registration info and some orders checked out as a guest. As the fact I can view orders' details from Customers (tab) e.i. /Admin/Order/Edit/54

I have visited this page /Admin/Order/List many times, but never see this page has contents.

My NopCommerce version is 3.70.

Thanks for your help!

Check the System > Log for any error messages.
Right-click the blank page ad select View Source.  What do you see?

The error message shows the error for Edit not List.  What is the URL in address bar when you see the blank page?

Did you (or anyone else) do any customization?

Hi MVP,

The URL is https://www.domainname.com/Admin/Order/List as I mentioned it shows nothing in the content.

And I and no any other changes codes of the site till now.

Thanks for your help!
