Adding new language - strange behavior

I have just added a new language and clicked edit and continue. suddenly my interface became as shown in the image. how can I fix it and what caused that?

EDIT: after deleting that language entry, it went back to normal

Problem was with the display order. as shown in the image, display order is default=0, if I dont change it and leave it like that. it will cause this error but If i set it to 2, it works fine.

I need learn this too,Could anybody help us?
