Application started after upgrade 3.5 to 3.6

Oh..well...5 minutes idle time-out is not enough time. Your nopcommerce keep-alive is set to run every 20 minutes..or 15 minutes? Before it can execute, your Application Pool is unloading...

So, try this:
go to System >> Scheduled Task >> change Keep-Alive to 4 minutes and save it.


Or..less intensive on your CPU would be to ask your host to increase the application pool idle time-out to 20 minutes.

So are good these parameters or which parameters do you suggest ?

I'd first ask your host to increase the idle time-out to 20 minutes and this should solve your problem without any additional effort. If they will not/cannot, then change your keep-alive to run every 4 minutes and this will also solve the problem, but every 4 minutes of every day, the task will execute..which takes CPU. It would be better to not run the task so frequently, but it will work and won't affect performance too much if that is what you must do.

Check your scheduled task to ensure that the Keep-alive is enabled, and your store settings to ensure that the store URL is correct...

I have also try to set auto ping service on your suggested site each 5 minutes: the result is that application Started now appears each 1 minute.
