Hi Shelley,

Are there any immediate plans to upgrade this plugin to support Nop v4.1?

I've been trying to get hold of these guys for a few weeks as their eway plugin seems to be fully featured... one of my issues is address details etc are not passed on the basic plugin leaving me open to fraud as no risk score can be allocated....

Does anyone know other than email - how to get hold of them?

Why use eWay when there is Stripe. Stripe has better customisable anti-fraud tools in my opinion :)

mainly because i've been with eway for years and have an old grandfathered plan - 300 transaction per month free and an annual cost of $750 so basically if I use the full amount its 20c per transaction no % after that its 25c per transaction not that we hit that yet.

Even eways latest packages (which I keep meaning to look at) are 1.5% (international and domestic) +25c - Stripe are 1.75% and 30c domestic only upping to 2.9% for int cards -

I know pricing isnt everything.. but i dont pass on any surcharges so need to keep things low cost

That is fair enough. You're on a good plan. But at certain volumn, the rates are negotiable.

I've used both API's, eWay Rapid and stripe and I could never go back to eWay. eWay is own by Global Payments now, so its not even an Australian entity. I do sound biased :)

Dont get me wrong if stripe were the same price - i'd look at moving.. we run on low margins with relatively low volume (through the website - but also take payments through Xero) Stipe works out about $300 more per year..
