change billing and shipping address layout

Where is the html template for new billing and shipping address. i want add and remove field. i see in code
@Html.Widget("op_checkout_billing_address_middle") is that where? but i can't find html/view.

if you use difaultClean Theme then go to
Presentation\Nop.Web\Views\Checkout\OpcBillingAddress.cshtml
if custom theme then go to Onepage checkout Billing address
