Remove product grid from subkategory page.

Hi can you tell me how to remove prodyct filtering and products from subcategory page.
I want something like this.
In front page you have lists of top categories when you click any you will be pass to subcategory page when are only subcategory grid without products.

just don't add products to this category.
It will not show the grid :)

Another way is to build a new templates for this category and remove the grid in this template

I think I have made bad description.

In my store, i have Top categories and sub categories ex.

Cars ( shos on front page)
--Opel
--Mazda
--Toyota
Computers( shows on front page)
--dell
-- apple
-- microsoft

Each sub category has a specific cars. And in Front page you have only Two categories. You click ex. Cars and next page is with subcategories grid. And below this grid, I have displayed product related to this category. How hide this product grid. I have to build new template??

In the admin site go to Configuration > Settings > Catalog settings

Find the setting called Include products from subcategories and untick the box.
