Will the paypal express plugin be ready for 3.8 soon ?

Just modify paypal express 3.7 plugin, update the references and recompile for 3.8?

I've upgrade PayPal express plugin to 3.8 for myself. Also eWay payment gateway to 3.8.

I don't know how to submit yet...
