Reward points & Product rental

The first question is about Reward points; There are some automatic option, so changes the status of the request, automatically reward is available to the client ?.

The second question is about the product rental. The system provides option for the customer to rent a product, there is some kind of control to prevent the same product is rented again for another client on the same date of the first customer?

1. Yes. You can set "Awarded order status" (Points are awarded when the order status is...) in admin area > configuration > settings > reward points
