Payment information is not entered

Hello All,

Kinda new and couldn't figured out why I am receiving "Payment information is not entered" pop up once I clicked confirm order. I am using Pay Pal direct and Pay Pal standard, and both showing the same error message when I trying to buy a default gift card.

I just followed all the steps as mention in the configuration page. Couldn't figure out why! your help much appreciated.

You might need a machine key

You get a new Machine Key if you recycle your app pool, so why should your tip help??

It is not normal for a machine key to change.  Google for the issue - see example
