Phone Orders

I want to create a phone order from to make it easier for admins to enter a phone orders.  The "Impersonate mode" take a bit too long.  Has anyone created a simple form like this?

I think that what you want is to be able to use the impersonate function to create the shopping session on behalf of the caller, but rather than have to use the normal catalog pages and shopping cart to add items to the customer cart, you'd like a minimal, sales-person's view to be able to select items and add to cart more quickly. A simple list of product names, sku's, prices etc..with hover-able spots for expanded information like tier pricing and photos.

Hello: I have read the work item for this and am assuming that this will provide the ability of taking orders for customers without e-mails?

Right now, I created a general customer that I use for all my customers without emails. However, it doesn't make things easy when I look a the list of orders to determine the customers associated with each of them.

Would be interested as well to know the timeline for this or if Nopcommerce has a plan to develop a plugin for over the phone orders. I believe this is a request made by others as well.
