Performance Optimization for 3.8

Hi,

One of our client's site is slow at loading at times.  I've made the adjustments per the performance link for 3.3 - https://www.nop-templates.com/performance-optimizations-in-nopcommerce-33.

Does anyone else have any other suggestions on how to improve the speed of NOP Commerce 3.8?
