"Limited to store" doesn't work in 3.90

I have problems with "Limited to store" in Nopcommerce 3.90. I have 2 stores. I tried to display one product in one store but it appears in both. When I tried to change a template for one store it changed in both stores. I have unchecked "Ignore "limit per store" rules" option but still doesn't work.

But it doesn't solve my problem. I tried this and it doesn't work. Not only for products but at all. I have disabled "Ignore limit per store rule" but it is still ignored. It worked well in 3.80 version but not in 3.90.
Where should I look for the solution?

I have to refresh my topic. We have a problem with multistore in 3.90 version. I doesn't work. All our stores are configured well. All worked in 3.80. But now it looks like one store with 3 domains. Doesn't work "limited to store" and connection of languages for stores.

Are here someone using multistore in 3.90 version?

Please somebody help? I have 4 shops, now (after update 3.90) it's all in one!!! You don't test nothing...
