Venders messages: error of message translation EN ->FR

Hi

When we save description updates of a vender in Nop 3.9, we have the French message
"Le vendeur a été supprimé avec succès." (="The vendor has been deleted successfully").
It's not the right message

"deleted" instead "updated"

the right value is "Le vendeur a été mis-à-jour avec succès."
for the key "admin.vendors.updated"

All is right in English
The vendor has been deleted successfully.
The vendor has been updated successfully.
