nopCommerce precisa de um ambiente Full Trust apesar de a documentação dizer que pode ser medium Trust.
Estava utilizando a hospedagem Locaweb, também tentei algumas outras alternativas.
Mas só consegui fazer funcionar adequadamente no Azure que é Full Trust.
Qual hospedagem está utilizando?
No site do nopCommerce tem algumas sugestões de hospedagem. Não testei todas, mas as mais baratas são lentas e são longe do Brazil.
Azure foi o que melhor atendeu as minhas necessidades com servidor no Brazil e suporte em português.
Agora se for servidor próprio, basta alterar as configurações no IIS para Full Trust.
