How to write text on image

Hi, I am using 3.90. My question is how can i write product's name and price on product's image in Product Box?

Is it about writing with Image editor or using Cascading Style Sheet?

in order to achieve a similar result as on the site you pointed out, you need to be familiar with HTML and CSS so you can add custom markup and styling for it. There are many ways to do this, but it all depends on the result you are trying to achieve.

The best way to make something similar would be to inspect the site you set as an example, and see what their developers have done to achieve this effect.
