We are currently having to insert tracking information manually.
Ideally we would like to locate a plugin that ties all shipments to the order placed and also allows us to print a shipping label.
We have PayPal as our primary shipping method, but would ideally want to use USPS, UPS or FedEx via out NopCommerce dashboard.
We are spending HOURS manually doing all these steps in 3 different windows.

Not sure if you'd be interested in using an add-on product for this. We have developed a web based, lite ERP (MozzoERP.com) that works with Nop. It is primarily a warehouse management system to manage orders, picking, packing, shipping and proactive tracking.
You tell it which products on the order go into one or multiple cartons, enter the dimensions and weight of each carton. Then rate shop it to any or all carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc), choose the desired service based on rate, delivery days. Then it purchases the label, prints it to a thermal printer, and you slap it on.
This ship confirmation is then uploaded to Nop so customer service folks can see the tracking number in there.
Within MozzoERP, you can then manually look for an order and then look up the tracking details of each carton. Or you can also manage by exception...what does that mean? Well our system automatically polls for tracking updates periodically. We then have a dashboard that shows a list of any cartons that are late (not delivered by their estimated delivery date), so you can just focus on the exceptions.
We own an ecommerce business as well that runs on Nop, and we use MozzoERP for all our back end inventory management and shipping. Plus it does other things like shows you which products need re-ordering, allows you to create a po and email it to the vendor based upon your min/max levels. And it integrates with QuickBooks online and desktop (and we are open to integrate with other financial systems if you don't use QuickBooks) so we sync up customers, items, vendors, POs, Sales Receipts, etc.
So we know your pain. As you start to grow, the manual processes can drown you. We used to use PayPal for shipping too. Had to print out the labels on paper, cut them out, tape them to the package, update Nop with the tracking number, etc.
And as we are a new solution, we are willing to work with customers like yourself for a very reasonable cost in order to start getting customer feedback and gaining customer base.
