Large Conditions Of Use Tex???

I appreciate the ability to show the conditions of use in a popup when you click to view the agreement during checkout.

But how is everyone handling the situation when you have a large amount of text in there? Popup does not scroll and is a fixed size? I am asking for some suggestions.

How does that work when the popup is reading from the Condition of Use Topic......which is where I would link to??? Is there some way to display short text in the popup without it rendering the topic?
