Win 2012 Server - IIS Tuning & Store Performance

Hi guys.

I need a Windows / IIS expert to help us finding best host performance configuration. This is the first step. After that, look on our store code and fix any performance issue it has.

Today our IIS 8.5 crashes after 150 concurrent users. This is not a big number and I believe our server should support a lot more. It is a new Godaddy dedicated server, WIN 12 Server, XEON, 16GB RAM, 2TB HD. Behind a CloudFlare DNS. The TTFB is under 2secs.

The second step is to find any performance issue on our nop customized code / plugins. There are around 8 plugins to check.

Know SQL Server Express performance/tuning should be an advantage.

PS.: Do dont contact me unless you are an expert and know what to look for. Our IT team have tried some improvements but without much success.
