A way to Red Flag a customer?

Is there a way (or a plugin) to red flag a problem customer so if he orders again there is a
pop up or notice that the customer is a problem.....without having to look into individual order notes.

When we process orders we go straight to completing it and shipping...the girls dont have time to look at each individual sale. But I would like to be notified when there is a problem customer so I can act appropriately.

Maybe a pop up if there is something in the admin content area?

It would require customization to do it in nopCommerce.  Maybe instead you can somehow use your email system to catch the OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification message and look for his email and then move it to a special folder or forward to another email
