Send in Blue & SMS

Anybody successfully use Send In Blue SMS Transnational?
The plugin works excellent with emails but we can't make it work with SMS notifications.
I bought SMS credits and templates are created. API key is applied.
On Send In Blue/Transcriptional/SMS the confirmation log just spinning.

Also getting error in log. "our phone number have only numbers with country code

Log level:Error
Short message: SendInBlue SMS sending error: Only alphanumeric characters are allowed.

I am also getting similar issue with SMS not working. I have setup the transnational SMS for Customer Order Paid but it doesnt seems to get triggered. Any help is very much appreciated.

Any update? Is the transnational SMS working using SendinBlue plugin?

Not sure if any one monitors this but...
Had to debug to find the issue
The SMS Name can only have max 11 characters including space
also the phone number should be of international format which means including country code. Since User registration doesn't enforce that, the local mobile number format will cause SMS to fail.

So as long as the Name within 11 chars and phone number is of format including country code, it works.
