Hello.
If I want to get the latest BIN files for my version of NOP, can I simply copy them over the existing BIN files and the site will continue to work? I have made a lot of cshtml and css changes and do not want to upgrade to the new version as it will be a lot of work to make sure it is all working and my changes are ported, but I would like to get the latest binaries.

If I'm not wrong, your question is to update DLLs only and not view pages.

It only works if your view pages are compatible with updated DLLs, other wise you may face many issues!
But make sure it works at local environment first.
