where is index.html?

I am looking for the index.html (homePage) but I can't find it (?!!!)
(not index.chtml)
Where is it been hidden?

I want to change the title (my store name on the tab) through the code.
When I running my nopCommerce and use f12 I can see the 'index' (on Chrome), but I cannot find it in VisualStudio-nopCommerce code.
Where can I find this 'Index'?
