error publishing 3.9 version

Hello I have this error:


No se puede cargar el archivo o ensamblado 'file:///C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kanndasales.com\NopCommerce3.9\packages\Autofac.4.4.0\lib\net45\Autofac.dll' ni una de sus dependencias. Operación no admitida. (Excepción de HRESULT: 0x80131515)  Nop.Services  C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kanndasales.com\NopCommerce3.9\Libraries\Nop.Services\SGEN  


I tried to solve this error with unblocked file but this solution no work.

Any idea?.

It may be because of blocked DLL.

Open Autofac DLL in Windows Explorer > right click > choosing Properties and check, if it's blocked then unblocked it and check!

(If it is because of a blocked .dll, then its likely they are all blocked.  If you installed from a downloaded .zip / .rar, then you need to unblock the .zip file before you extract.)

Okay, That was my mistake and I apologize for it. Please do not consider this post.

I have unloked the file. But it not solve the problem. My friend said me folder have corrupted files. I'm trying to download  again.
