Top menu sub-list expand wide like a flyout

Hi.

I am using NopCommerce Default Theme ....ver 3.5

The sublist of the Top menu shows in TABULAR form.

I want to make my sublist in a 400x400px box style...like a flyout. When I am doing this from CSS file, the content of the list is breaking out below the box in list style.

How I can make my Top Menu SUB-LIST in a 400x400px container?

Note: the widgets are either PAid or Not supported to Ver 3.5 (like mega menu)
