Hello!

I work for a company, which, among other things, sells high quality arts, and I am the front end developer working on the new iteration of the web store with NopCommerce!

Now, we notocied recently, when we upload pictures or paintings/arts, certain images and colors are matted out, bland, not as deep as they should be. Graphic designers use photoshop to edit pictures and assign a Color Profile - sRGB to the images. Upon downloading images from the uploaded pictures from the browser we notice that the sRGB profile if gone.

Now, I am aware that nopCommerce has some ImageResizer that handes the compression of the images, and I am fidling around PictureService.cs and around to try to figure out what causes the loss of color profile - Important to mention, quality and sharpness of the pictures is NOT compromized, only the color palette - and I am very much stuck. Any help, or at least pointing me in the right direction will be immensely appreciated and I am in fact prepared to send whoever helps a cookie!

Has anyone banged their head on the same problem?

The sRGB profile is very important for my company since, again, we sell high quality arts.

Thank YOu & All the best!

Have done a bit more research now, found (in Wordpress forums, funny enough) that disabling image compression can be the way, so if anyone knows where the image compression options are that would speed things up for me immensely! :)
