SSL override added to the Visual Studio Patch Plugin

Visual Studio Patch has been updated for nopCommerce 3.9 so that editing sites that have a live database in Visual Studio "work". Visual Studio can get confused with port numbers and SSL certificates and won't find the store name then the SSL would redirect back to the live site if they are configured, install the patch to bypass those features without changing any data, and edit the sites directly using live data and your cloud database.

search for "patch" in the marketplace.

note: the plugin should not be install on a live site.
