Is it possible to allow customers cancelling orders?

Using nopCommerce 3.90.

Is it possible to allow customers to cancel their orders at orders list & order details page?

Hello guys, actually return is not a cancellation. is it possible to cancel the order before the completed status?  i mean... for instance, the client change his mind after 1 minute and he wants to cancel the order immediately.

You can use a custom plugin for that.

Not supported.  Needs customization, or the customer needs to contact the store and the admin can do it.
