Adding nopCommerce to a WebMatrix Startersite

Has anyone successfully adding nopCommerce functions into a Webmatrix startersite?

Would love to add ecommerce items into an existing site.

Not sure exactly what you're after but we use nop as a backend ecommerce engine only for an umbraco site.
