Why do store owners use nopCommerce?

I've seen a bunch of great reasons for developers to use nopCommerce, but I haven't found very many reasons why a store owner would prefer nopCommerce over something like Magento or Shopify.

Are you a store owner? Why did you choose nopCommerce?

Are you a developer/consultant? Why did your client choose nopCommerce?

PHP/MySQL may be the new/better choice for "hot-rod" coders, but for small to mid-sized businesses, Micro$oft's .NET platform (and MVC/Razor) is still the only serious choice.

nopCommerce allows developers to work within that secure and reliable development environment while providing resources for its own active community of developers to continually improve the product.

We as developers in 2010 selected Nop for similar reasons as these exposed by Embryo.

I suppose that keynote features didn't change, but I will make review and update it if necessary.
