windows server 2016 error

We update our dedicated server from 2012 to 2016.
The website works much faster and no more problem with server response time.
But getting error "Just in time debugger".Picture below. Error restart website and it happens every 15 minutes.
Anybody have idea how to fix it?

Check your nopCommerce log. There probably are some uncaught errors.

We already find the problem. It was URL Rewrite module in IIS. We used the old 2.0 and after update to 2.1 the error stop.
