It is a big bug that there is NO customer & orders export/import posibility...

I appreciate your frustration, however features you would like to see are not bugs ;) There is a suggestion forum where you can suggest this feature.

You could if you were that way inclined to create a plugin that overrides the orderservice methods to read data from some other source/table.

The admin order list has an Export.  (What version of nopCommerce are you using?)

Some people would rather just complain than to look for an existing solution or to create a solution themselves.
Even more sad....
