Are there any videos available showing the the ftp process step by step in layman speak not developer language for both upgrading the program updates and in
particular changes the theme from basic to purchased nop themes.
I have limited funds and have used developers who have let me down.
I need to learn how to do this myself. I have ftp cute ftp and some computer skills
I would be gratefull for any help and direction
